Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our Accounting Team and ensure the accuracy of our financial results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFRS and experience in managing accounting teams.
- Responsible for timely and accurate month-end close, including execution of month/quarter/year-end deliverables.
- Responsible for reviewing monthly/quarterly Balance Sheet account reconciliations and identifying potential risks.
- Timely approval of manual journal entries with adequate supporting documentation.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
- Monitor accounting and financial policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Ensure complex and new transactions are appropriately accounted, documented, and implemented.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, Corporate Accounting team, consultants, and other business units as required.
- CPA designation.
- People management oversight.
- Experience with IFRS.
- Corporate accounting background.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000/year
