Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
• Create estimates.
• Invoicing.
• Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
• Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
• Explain all work performed and charges.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
• Confidence using computer systems and scheduling tools.
• Self-starting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
