Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Dr. Bastien Family Medicine. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including senior care and assisted living facilities. This role requires a strong background in pain management, acute care, and dementia care, along with proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Epic.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions.
• Provide pain management solutions tailored to each patient's condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures as required for diagnostic testing.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner or Epic systems.

• A valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications is required.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with pain management techniques and dementia care strategies is highly desirable.
• Previous work experience in senior care or assisted living facilities is a plus.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, specifically Cerner and Epic, is advantageous.
