Wash Bay Attendant / Bus Cleaner

Location: Dawson Creek, BC

CB Canada is seeking a part-time Wash Bay Attendant / Bus Cleaner to work 10 hours per week. The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday, 2-3 hours evening shifts.

Duties:

  • Clean the interior and exterior of company vehicles, including transit buses and light duty vehicles.
  • Clean interior / exterior of bus advertising and back lighting, and report any interior lights that are not working.
  • Replace interior & exterior advertising signs when instructed to do so.
  • Miscellaneous building cleaning duties, including dumping trashcans and washing floors when assigned.
  • Sanitize buses in compliance with Provincial Health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a class 5 unrestricted driver's license or higher.
  • Airbrake endorsement is considered an asset.
  • Ability to understand, speak, and write English to communicate effectively with the traveling public and to report on incidents involving safety and/or service.
  • No criminal convictions or pending charges relating directly to the Wash Bay Attendant position.
  • Previous cleaning or detailing experience is considered an asset.
  • Selected applicants will be required to participate in a comprehensive recruitment process, including interviews, drug and alcohol screening, criminal record and reference checks.
