About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at DX Financial (Canada) Ltd. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing policies and strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of wholesale and retail consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing decisions.
  • Design and execute market research studies to gather insights on industrial and commercial product marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present research reports, papers, and educational materials to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Gather and prepare communications materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Design and implement market research questionnaires to gather data and insights.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase company expertise.
  • Develop and execute online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotion strategies.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track marketing performance and customer engagement.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other marketing software.
  • Experience in market research and analysis.
  • Knowledge of industrial and commercial product marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a financial institution or insurance company.
  • Knowledge of interactive and new media marketing strategies.
  • Experience in communications and public relations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
