We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at World Wide ASG Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials within our warehouse and transportation network. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transportation plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient receipt and storage of goods
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as data entry and report preparation
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CEGEP certificate an asset
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
