Club Attendant

About the Position
The Club Attendant is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our members. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the club is clean, tidy, and member-ready at all times.
- Perform thorough cleaning of equipment, report any maintenance needs, and maintain surfaces based on seasonal needs.
- Unload supplies, stock shelves, and maintain a well-stocked inventory of consumable supplies.
- Empty garbage cans, maintain changerooms, and complete regular pool/whirlpool checks.
- Enhance the member experience through positive interactions, acknowledging and greeting members, and being present and approachable.
- Assist members with questions, direct them to the appropriate person as necessary, and complete required learning and attend meetings as required.
Requirements
- CPR-A & AED Certification
- Team Contribution: Always helpful to the rest of the team/other teams.
- Action Oriented: Puts a lot of effort into their activities.
- Time Management: Values time and uses their time effectively and efficiently.
- Approachability: Is easy to approach and talk to.
- Ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, and ability to take initiative with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to fully understand and embrace the company culture and communicate effectively and professionally with associates and members.
