Kawartha Adventure Cottages is seeking an experienced Resort Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that all aspects of resort operations are running smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a senior operations role in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer
