We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Northwest Employment Works. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Office of the President & CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, arrange meetings, prepare documents, draft correspondence, and maintain filing systems for the Executive Operations Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to the SPPQ team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Screen incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors for the President & CEO.
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, briefing notes, background documentation, and research.

This position requires a strong understanding of office procedures and policies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A post-secondary education in Secretarial Arts or Office Administration and two years' experience in an office administration setting are essential.
