Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Take a proactive approach to discovering our customer needs, listening to understand what they are asking for.
  • Financial Planning: Educate our customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice to help them make informed financial decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships with our customers to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Sales and Business Development: Developing, retaining and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investments and borrowing solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that align to a customer's stated goals.
  • Professional Certifications: A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
