About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled developer with expertise in IVR development using Cisco Call Studio and CVP VXML Server. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating Java applications with client backend integrations, such as HTTP REST APIs, oAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement IVR applications using Cisco Call Studio and CVP VXML Server.
  • Integrate Java applications with client backend integrations, including HTTP REST APIs, oAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.
  • Develop custom elements for CVP using Java programming language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IVR solutions that meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IVR development using Cisco Call Studio and CVP VXML Server.
  • Strong understanding of Java programming language and its integration with client backend systems.
  • Experience with HTTP REST APIs, oAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.
