About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
