Ranks of ChefsThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers, and will have the opportunity to demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff.
Certifications and LicensesA Cook Trade Certification is required for this position.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Sushi Master will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work 32 hours per week. The work language is English, and the position is permanent.
