Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of warehouse activities. This includes operating a Reach Truck/Order Picker or Clamp Operator to perform various tasks within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Reach/Order Picker or Clamp equipment to load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials.
  • Work closely with shift management and leads to achieve shift goals and objectives.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock rotation and reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Experience in logistics/distribution center operations is an asset.
  • Knowledge of RF systems in a logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
