Job Title: Electronic Commerce Specialist

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Electronic Commerce Specialist to join our team. As an Electronic Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our online sales and inventory, as well as developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study market reports and sales promotion materials to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review requirements of the establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality and pricing standards.
  • Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay informed about new products and trends.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in database software, spreadsheet, and internet applications.
