Job Overview

At Techo-Bloc, we are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers across the country.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate deliveries from our private fleet and outside carriers, adhering to strict deadlines and hours of service regulations
* Maintain open communication with our drivers to ensure timely updates and resolve any issues that may arise
* Monitor shipments to guarantee delivery dates are met
* Foster strong relationships with carriers to optimize delivery routes and schedules
* Collaborate with our yards and customer service teams to address any changes or concerns related to pickups or deliveries
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations

Requirements

* Experience in dispatch, preferably with flatbed expertise
* In-depth knowledge of US transportation laws and regulations
* Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant software
* Bilingual French-English skills (oral and written)
* Demonstrated autonomy and ability to work independently
* Excellent priority management and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
