Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Door Shop Associate to join our team at our Halton Hills, ON location. As a Door Shop Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and operations processes, including safety at our Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate picking and packaging of products based on customer orders
  • Verify product quality and integrity before shipping
  • Investigate inventory variances and notify supervisors to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to process returns and resolve customer issues
  • Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory processes to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Work with supervisors and sales teams to ensure proper returns processes and paperwork are completed
  • Aid in customer service and support as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift operating experience and other warehouse equipment experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
