Program Director for Crisis Management

Lakeland HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Program Director for Crisis Management to join our team. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services at Stepping Stones Crisis Society.

Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where those in need can find refuge, support, and resources to rebuild their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of daily operations, including shelter services, outreach programs, security, kitchen, facilities, and housekeeping
- Collaboration with the Senior Manager of Client Care on the creation, monitoring, and implementation of frontline programs
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of operational policies, standards, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations, including health and safety requirements
- Facilitation of training and development to build a high-performing team
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a nonprofit or social service organization.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year-
