Role Overview

As a Store Manager at Reitmans (Canada) Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a customer-centric environment that fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead the store environment to achieve company objectives and KPI goals.
  • Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who are sales and customer-focused.
  • Implement merchandise strategies to create a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
  • Maintain effective communication with District Managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based store environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
