Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Management Engineer to join our Water Related Capital Program team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, thoroughness, and accuracy of all prepared contract documents. You will also be responsible for resolving construction contract disputes, monitoring and managing capital program expenditures, and assisting in the development of annual and multi-year programs.

Your expertise in water-related infrastructure engineering, project management, and leadership will enable you to effectively manage complex projects and teams. Your strong decision-making and strategic thinking abilities will help drive business outcomes and achieve results-oriented goals. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor-level degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in water-related infrastructure engineering, including planning, preservation, design, and construction. You should also have experience in project management, including tendering and overall management of construction projects, environmental and health & safety requirements, and financial management. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex information effectively to various audiences. Your knowledge of design principles and procedures, including hydraulic design, geotechnical design, and/or structural design, will also be valuable assets in this role.
