About the Role

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in risk management, auditing, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for driving the development of continuous assurance and monitoring approaches using data analytics, leading audit projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with RBC's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead audit projects, including planning, execution, and reporting, to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop policies, and procedures, and provide assurance services to clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure RBC remains compliant and competitive.
