Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an excellent extended medical, dental and vision benefits package, as well as a 401(k) program with company match.
Job Description
This role is responsible for conducting quality control inspections on new multifamily units to ensure they meet our high standards. As a Residential Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be working closely with our construction teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the build process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality control inspections on new multifamily units
- Audit units to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, building code and warranty programs
- Identify and report construction issues and trends affecting build quality
- Maintain regular communication with Site Managers regarding status of homes
- Complete job specific detailing and support other aspects of construction operations as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of general residential construction experience or an active participant in an apprenticeship program
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Effective communication skills
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and computer skills
- A valid Driver's License and vehicle
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints
