About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relief Courier to join our team at Purolator. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily schedules
  • Scan packages as they are received, delivered, or returned to the depot
  • Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch and customers
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-DVIR
  • Unload curbside vehicles and load line haul trailers to meet pre-scheduled departures
  • Perform scanning, cubing, and reweighing tasks
Requirements
  • Completion of High School and specific vocational courses
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and 3 years of driving experience with a clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and visual attention skills
Working Conditions

This role requires working on the road and in a warehouse environment. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and conditions.
