The salary for this position is estimated to be between $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities as Facilities Supervisor will include:

  • Hiring, training, and supervising a team of light-duty cleaners
  • Inspecting client sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services
  • Coordinating work schedules and activities with other departments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably in the cleaning industry
  • A secondary school diploma and relevant certifications (e.g., WHMIS)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to work at various client sites, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and residential areas.
