Job Summary

Tremco Roofing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient cycles and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain assigned machine(s) in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
  • Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
  • Understand production instructions and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Package, label, and store products.
  • Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
  • Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
  • Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Requirements
  • No formal educational requirement.
  • No prior experience or training.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and dependability.
