We are seeking a talented and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendys Restaurants
About the RoleThe Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless operations during their shift, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operational Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Ideal candidates will be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
