Equipment Maintenance and Reliability:

Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment availability and critical infrastructure.

Implement maintenance management systems to monitor performance, identify trends, and anticipate future needs.

Maintain and continuously improve the level of service offered to operational departments to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.

Team and Resource Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of maintenance professionals.

Efficiently allocate human and financial resources to optimize maintenance operations.

Provide inspiring and motivating leadership to foster a collaborative and safe work environment.

Actively participate in the management of your team's working relationships in conjunction with the operations team.

Environmental Management:

In collaboration with various departments, ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety regulations.

Develop strategies to reduce carbon footprint and promote sustainable use of resources.

Integrate environmental practices into maintenance processes to support the organization's sustainability objectives.
