About the Role:

Elegant Apparel is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our clothing store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise and assist customers in finding the perfect products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform tasks such as restocking shelves, maintaining store displays, and conducting inventory checks.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
