Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Characters Liquor Store Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
- Sell liquor and other merchandise to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is always available
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Perform tasks such as restocking shelves and maintaining store displays
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The store is open 32 hours per week and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
