Job Title: Banking Advisor

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers. This is a varied role that offers opportunities for development and growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and offer solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, and estate planning needs.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements:
  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • A mutual fund representative (MFR) licence.
  • Advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
Language:

English and French.
