Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products safely and efficiently.
  • Make labels and attach them to goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Wrap goods and pack/unpack materials with precision and care.
  • Sort, crate, and stack goods in a manner that maximizes storage capacity and minimizes damage.
Credentials and Experience
  • Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses: Counterbalanced forklift training and Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Vehicle and equipment experience: Strapping machine, light trucks, reach trucks, industrial lift trucks, and fork-lifts.
Additional Requirements
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check and driving record check (abstract).
  • Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's license.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal suitability: Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, excellent oral communication, and reliability.
