About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various woodworking machines to create high-quality products.

Responsibilities
  • Operate power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers to cut, shape, and form parts and components.
  • Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made.
  • Trim joints and fit parts together to form complete units and reinforce joints.
  • Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
  • Apply varnish, veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • You should have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in woodworking.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and attention to detail is essential.
  • You must have basic security clearance.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position that requires working 40 hours per week. Steel-toed safety boots are a necessity for this role.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
