About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who can work under the guidance of senior architects in assembling an Enterprise Reference Architecture. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to distill large amounts of information into digestible bits.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Work under the guidance of senior architects in assembling an Enterprise Reference Architecture\
  • Participate in information gathering sessions and consolidate and format gathered data into a presentable format (PPT, PowerBI, SharePoint) for senior leadership at SVP level\
  • Distill and package large amounts of information into digestible bits\
  • Execute tasks provided by the senior architects – a lot of hands-on/desk-work type of responsibilities\
  • Work on cloud infrastructure and on-prem environments\
  • Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies\
  • Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers\
  • Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities\
  • Support one or more highly complex business processes\
  • Work on multiple projects as a project team member\
  • Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

Requirements

\
  • 3-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst\
  • 3+ years' experience with PPT, SharePoint\
  • 1+ year experience with PowerBI (intermediate level of expertise)
\

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working in FI/Banking domains\
  • Experience working on audit projects\
  • Experience working on large architecture projects
\

Soft Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (for senior stakeholder communications, taking surveys, clarifying answers)\
