Wealth Management Professional

RBC Dominion Securities, a leading investment and wealth management firm, is seeking a skilled Associate Wealth Advisor & Financial Planner to join its downtown Vancouver office. As a valued team member, you will deliver customized advice and wealth management strategies to high-net-worth clients.
This is an on-site role that requires at least 7 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients. You will be compensated for your contribution and responsibilities to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide wealth management and financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients
- Use proprietary software to prepare financial plans for clients
- Collaborate with other planning experts within RBC to develop customized planning for clients' specific needs and objectives
- Develop service plans for wealth management advice to clients
- Promote a work environment that inspires innovation, creativity, and collaboration
- Exceptional client service skills
- At least 7 years of relevant investment industry experience with high-net-worth clients
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Recognized professional designation (e.g., CPA, CA, CFP, TEP, FEA, CFA)
- Commitment to obtain CFP designation (if not already held)
- IIROC licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) or willingness to obtain
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Resident of the BC Lower Mainland and legally able to work in Canada

The expected base salary range for this position is $38,000 - $55,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. You also have the potential to earn considerably more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program.
