About the Role

CWB is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large, diversified commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve targeted business growth mix.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  3. Collaborate with product partners to develop and deliver customized financial solutions to meet client needs.
  4. Conduct financial statement analysis and implement effective risk mitigation strategies for credit underwriting.
  5. Maintain extensive knowledge of clients, market, competition, and economic factors to inform business decisions.
  6. Optimize business and client relationships through effective negotiation and win-win determinations.
  7. Identify and respond to changes in the business environment, establishing action plans to address customer issues and priorities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting, combined with eight years of commercial banking experience. You will also need well-developed skills in financial statement analysis, structuring transactions, and knowledge of effective risk mitigation strategies for credit underwriting.
