About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Content Advisor to join our team at Cuso International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our projects and programs
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, websites, and newsletters
- Support the team in designing, developing, and posting content on the website and newsletter
- Assist in training staff on innovative communication strategies and techniques
- Support the team in executing visibility events for the project, as well as other general public relations activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing or related field
- Proficient in collaborative work, particularly with community-based groups
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
- Knowledge, skills, and experience in gender-related human rights issues and gender-based violence
- Proficient in utilizing Canva for design and editing tasks
- Experienced in creating web content
