About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and growth as our Senior Vice President Supply Only. This pivotal role will transform high-performance vinyl window manufacturing, leading our cutting-edge facilities and inspiring a dynamic team to drive growth with groundbreaking products.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all facets of product development, quality assurance, sales, marketing, and operations, with a strong focus on product excellence, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new product development to fuel Centra's growth and enhance market presence
  • Enhancing industry dominance through superior product offerings and market strategies
  • Optimizing plant performance through continuous improvement processes
  • Leading strategic growth initiatives to ensure scalability and alignment with Centra's long-term objectives
  • Fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing teams
  • Steering sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence
  • Managing cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes
  • Ensuring operational excellence through refined manufacturing processes and best practices
  • Building and nurturing high-performance teams through talent development and succession planning
  • Driving data-driven decision making through the use of analytics and business insights
