We are seeking an experienced Optical Associate to join our team. As a critical role within FYidoctors, you will deliver world-class service to our patients, often as the first point of contact. You will play a vital part in our success and contribute to our positive impact on patients' health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on eyewear choices, ensuring value and quality
• Inform patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions and assist with frame selection
• Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements
• Place Contact Lens orders and assist with fittings
• Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Billing and appointment management

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in retail
• Optical experience considered an asset
• Passion for customer service
• High comfort level with technology and computers
• Excellent communication skills
