Job Summary

Esso Reddi Mart is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food to ensure efficient service.
    • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on food service operations and performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
