Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Culligan of Canada. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water treatment equipment for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain water treatment equipment, including point-of-use (POU) systems and commercial coffee equipment.
  • Conduct site pre-inspections for residential equipment installations.
  • Collect payment and obtain signatures from clients at the time of equipment installation or service.
  • Complete daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
  • Plumbing and/or service technician experience is necessary.
  • Good mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds may be required.
