The Role


As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person to connect customers with the right wireless solutions for their needs. You'll sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories, including new activations and upgrades.


You'll work at +350 wireless kiosk locations across Canada, operated by Walmart Canada. With high customer traffic, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on your sales.

We've partnered with leading carriers such as Rogers, Bell, Telus, Koodo, Fido, Public Mobile, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Plus, Lucky Mobile, and Chatr to provide customers with a wide range of options.


Your Success Matters


At OSL Retail Services, your success is our priority. We offer a competitive base hourly wage of $18.50/hour, plus commissions on every Wireless sale. You'll also receive 50% off your wireless service and enjoy great benefits, including Vision, Dental, and Prescriptions.


We'll pay for your training, both in-store and online, and provide career development programs to help you grow and increase your earning potential. You'll also be eligible for spiffs, contests, and carrier promotions that earn you monetary rewards.
