Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience from consultation to completion.
• Deliver high-quality hair services, including cuts, colors, and styling.

• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A current cosmetology or barber license as required by provincial regulations.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
