Job Description

This part-time position involves practicing within your full nursing scope, developing and maintaining effective care plans, and working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services. You will be required to maintain excellent English verbal and written communication skills and have a current immunization record including a 2-step TB test.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, a current immunization record including a 2-step TB test, and be able to practice within your full nursing scope. We welcome applications from individuals with disabilities.

Community Outreach

In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we've been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to healthcare since 2009.
