Job Responsibilities:
- As a Maintenance Technician at YWCA Hamilton, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our facilities. You will work collaboratively with our facilities operations team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and equipped to meet the needs of our members and clients.
- You will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, including floor repair, drywall repair, painting, light trade work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and adjustments to pool equipment and tenant residential apartment units.
- You will also be expected to document and report any maintenance issues to the Manager, Building Operations, and respond to emergencies and liabilities within the facility, ensuring the safety of all members, employees, and customers.
