About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
    • Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors
    • Develop and implement leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
    • Ensure the effective management of financial resources, including cash flow, investments, and funding
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and partners
    • Represent the organization at external events and meetings
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in business leadership and management
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
