Job Title: Cabinetmaker's Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker's Assistant to join our team at 3 Line Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in supporting our cabinetmaking operations.

Job Summary:

The Cabinetmaker's Assistant will assist our experienced cabinetmakers in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials. You will also read blueprints to determine work requirements, clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work. Additionally, you will direct traffic at or near construction sites and prepare specifications of custom-made cabinets that maximize storage.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

As a Cabinetmaker's Assistant, you will assist with housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, and other essential needs. You will also support social and labour market integration by facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, and foreign credential recognition.

We offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities. As a Cabinetmaker's Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development of young individuals.
