Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Big Guys's Fried Chicken. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality equipment, materials, and services to support our business operations.

About the Role
  • You will assess the requirements of our establishments to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Consult with suppliers to ensure that all procurement activities align with our business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
  2. Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  3. Negotiate offers from suppliers.
  4. Consult with suppliers.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise staff as needed.
  6. Review quotations from suppliers.
  7. Determine contract terms and conditions.
  8. Establish delivery schedules.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
