About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Master Culinary Director to lead our culinary team in Alberta Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 30-35 hours of work per week.

Job Responsibilities
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to maintain high standards in food preparation.
  • Direct food preparation and cooking activities across multiple restaurants, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Plan menus that meet quality standards, driving customer satisfaction.

  • The fast-paced environment demands strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Personal Suitability

  • This is a permanent opportunity with a guaranteed 30-35 hour workweek.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
