Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students (if preferred).
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • 1-2+ years of experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
