Job Description:
We are seeking experienced courier delivery drivers to join our team in Ottawa. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages along a consistent route in Quebec, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the area and streamline your delivery process. Availability for training is required as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver packages along a designated route in Quebec, maintaining excellent customer service.
Handle high volumes of deliveries, with stops ranging from 50 to 140 deliveries per day.
Safely operate a delivery truck provided by the company.
Use a company-provided handheld device to scan and track deliveries.
Enter addresses of deliveries into the circuits app or a route optimizing app efficiently.
Employee is responsible for loading the truck at the warehouse and unloading every night.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all packages.
Compensation:
Earn $2 per stop, with a minimum guaranteed payout of $150 per day, even on days with fewer deliveries.
Potential earnings range from $1,500 to $3,500+ per month, depending on volume and efficiency.
Paid bi-weekly.
Benefits:
Gas and truck provided.
Consistent daily routes lead to increased familiarity and efficiency over time.
High demand during peak seasons (holidays), ensuring steady work.
Work Hours:
Hours of work start at 12 PM and continue until all deliveries for the day are completed.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in delivery driving.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including handheld devices and delivery tracking apps.
